Pardgroup is a Global retail services agency, with offices in the UK, Europe, America, and the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our UK team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multiple site projects for premium and luxury brands, and a strong background and passion for retail display. You will be working with an industry leading agency that has an established foothold in luxury retail, with a large portfolio of high-end clients and a reputation for producing bespoke Windows, Pop up shops and retail interiors.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Projects and production team and will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Oversee all aspects of client portfolios, including tendering, retention and account management to ensure client briefs are met
- Liaising with existing and potential clients and attending site meetings
- Project delivery including production and quality control
- Site management and co-ordination of suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, and colleagues
- Project accounting including preparing quotes, responding to tenders, budget control and reporting
- Organizing, prioritizing and managing programmes of works and install schedules
- Developing and maintaining sub-contractor and supplier relationships
- Preparation of H&S documentation
You will have:
- Ideally a background in design or Architecture
- The ability to manage multiple projects/clients/sites simultaneously, all at different stages of delivery (negotiation, costing, design, production, installation, de-rigs, etc.)
- An ability to foresee potential issues and solve problems on a daily basis, whilst maintaining client expectations
- Knowledge of the design process and bespoke production techniques – windows, pop ups, retail furniture
- Experience in on-site health and safety
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills in relation to managing sub-contractors and global clients
- IT skills (ideally in Office, Cad etc.) and understanding of technical drawings
- Positive outlook and attitude
- The ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment, often to tight timescales and on own initiative
- Previous experience in similar role and within the same field
