We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a core banking replacement – one of the most critical programmes in our client's business. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will need to adopt a proactive and collaborative approach that brings people along the journey with them, in order to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Your impact:

  • Own and run the end-to-end delivery plan – timelines, resources, risks, reporting
  • Manage all workstreams across IT, operations, finance, compliance and change
  • Spot and resolve cross-cutting issues early – you’ll be the one with the full view
  • Align everything to business goals and regulatory needs
  • Lead third-party vendors and delivery partners – making sure they deliver
  • Manage offshore delivery teams as part of the programme
  • Support business readiness – training, comms, change and adoption
  • Work in both Agile and Waterfall modes – flexing your approach as needed
