About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Program Manager to support the VP of the Global division in EMEA at a world-renowned global tech company. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact environment, helping drive internal operations, strategic planning, and external engagement initiatives across EMEA. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across Product and Business to ensure smooth execution and alignment of leadership priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership rhythms – set agendas, prepare pre-reads, capture notes, drive follow-ups. Orchestrate regional revenue-generating initiatives and strategic programs. Drive execution excellence for leadership meetings and business operations.
- External Engagement: Prepare briefings and talking points for high-stakes external meetings with clients, agencies, media, and thought leaders. Draft strategic communications, presentations, and external correspondence. Develop clear narratives and compelling use cases for external audiences.
- Internal Communications: Support internal communications initiatives, in collaboration with internal comms teams. Prepare content and flows for team meetings, leadership Q&As, and All-Hands sessions. Ensure alignment across regional teams and global functions.
- Business Insights & Analysis: Conduct strategic market and business analysis to provide actionable insights. Synthesize customer feedback and internal data into leadership-ready insights. Manage knowledge sharing and thought leadership across the EMEA region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Chief of Staff in a high-growth tech or digital environment.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Proficiency in developing executive-level presentations and reports.
