Pay: Up to £70 per hour (Inside IR35)
Responsibilities:
- Leading the functional PMO and being the PMO point of contact, identifying solutions to issues, and resolving them.
- Handling PMO-related queries.
- Developing and implementing the PMO strategy and initiatives.
- Building relationships with group and senior stakeholders, leading PMO and governance meetings, and representing Mission Systems at governance meetings.
- Implementing governance-related changes, templates, guidance, and integrating tools and best practices.
- Maintaining PM governance documents and transitioning them into Agility.
- Managing the adoption of governance documents, reviewing, and proposing new documentation for implementation.
Required Experience:
- Experience as a PMO Lead, project delivery, or project controls.
- Understanding of project governance and controls, with implementation experience.
- Leadership experience with teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing and communicating change in a matrix organization.
