Job Description:

A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Production Planning and Control Manager in Lincoln, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our production schedules are flawlessly completed. You will dive into updating SAP with the latest data, aligning it with our Master Load Plan to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, and developing strategies to streamline processes. Every day, you will be contributing to our mission of developing balanced energy solutions, making a significant impact on both our team and our customers. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  1. Define and coordinate the Master Load Plan to ensure efficient production and prioritisation.
  2. Identify bottlenecks to proactively address potential delays and optimise production flow.
  3. Maintain an up-to-date Load Plan to reflect operational changes and align with strategic goals.
  4. Align with 3-5 year strategic access to ensure long-term planning aligns with organisational objectives.
  5. Ensure accurate SAP updates to maintain data integrity and support effective planning.
  6. Collaborate with PP&C managers to develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules.

What You Bring:

  1. Proven experience in production planning, load planning, or a similar role within an engineering environment.
  2. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  3. Demonstrated ability to successfully implement strategic plans and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Competence in using SAP or similar ERP systems for planning and control.
  6. A determination to drive continuous improvement and achieve world-class operational standards.
