ARKANCE is now seeking a dynamic Product & Services Marketing Director to lead and structure the new Product & Services Marketing team across the EMEA region. This role involves building a high-performing team from scratch and ensuring our products and services align with evolving market needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of Product & Services Marketing Managers and a Community Manager. Define roles, workflows, and career paths within the team.
- Market Insights: Consolidate market trends and competitive intelligence across EMEA. Lead voice-of-customer initiatives and develop a deep understanding of key industries.
- Offering & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging. Contribute to structuring and packaging offers.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Build and execute multichannel GTM plans in partnership with Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Support sales enablement with tailored materials.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key metrics, set up feedback loops, and communicate results internally to influence the roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy.
