Talensa is working exclusively with a well-established, ambitious international bank aiming to transform its banking proposition, enhance digital banking capabilities, create new services, and foster customer-centric experiences across its markets. This Product Leader role requires an experienced Retail Banking Product Lead or Head of Retail Banking Products to play a vital role in launching and expanding their new digital retail bank proposition and product suite.
The successful candidate will report to and work closely with a leading retail banking executive, ensuring strategic alignment. Collaborating with CRM and Marketing teams, you will develop and implement the product roadmap to meet customer needs and expand services in target markets.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in commercial management of retail banking products, including pricing, CX journey, acquisition, retention, performance metrics, and feedback loops that inform customer strategy and growth.
- Championing customer-centricity across the bank, embedding the voice of the customer into key initiatives.
- Proven track record in launching or developing retail/digital banking products such as current accounts, deposit accounts, savings, ISAs, personal loans, and credit products.
- Experience in owning commercial product management, including pricing, proposition optimization, and customer journey (CX).
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Financial Services, or related/equivalent field.
- Professional certifications in Product Management, CX, Digital Banking, or related areas.
