ABOUT THE ROLE
Sitting alongside the Fashion Division, the Lifestyle Consumer Products Division covers a vast array of product categories, from Food & Beverage to Health & Beauty and even Home & Gift. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be a key member of our team, supporting a department managing licensees globally. The role will be of a supportive nature, carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role will juggle multiple and diverse tasks with a strong emphasis on organisation and attention to detail at all times. Ideal for a pro-active, adaptable individual who can juggle a busy workload, multitask and who has a strong understanding of how to prioritise and manage their time accordingly. We are a small, dedicated team doing big things – positivity, agility and adaptability are critical for this fast-paced role.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Product Manager to deliver Critical Path timelines.
- Provide administrative support for the Lifestyle team across all relevant systems.
- Managing invites and scheduling; internal and external meetings/Video Calls and Tradeshow scheduling, booking meeting rooms.
- Ownership of the contact list; inputting new partner details to the business system & department records.
- Managing the samples archive – collating assets from product approvals, trade shows, photography. Ownership of sample storage system & upkeep.
- Update Category & range board presentations and Gap Analysis documents.
- Liaising with the Finance team to follow up on Royalty Reporting.
- Communicating with partners on seasonal asset launches.
- Managing marketing asset folders in keeping with critical path dates.
- Collating and documenting product approval comments to the system.
- Carry out comparison shopping / internet research.
- Support team with presentation preparation.
Requirements:
- Energy for a fast-paced role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mid-level skills on Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and pro-actively.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
