With an international reputation for crafting memorable experiences that bring brands and spaces to life, this studio blends creative bravery with razor-sharp production to create work that resonates.
We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Producer / Project Manager with experience across the experiential, events, and placemaking sectors to join their team and help bring ambitious ideas into the real world.
The Role
You’ll be the production powerhouse behind bold creative ideas—leading projects from concept to completion, managing everything from timelines and teams to build schedules and budgets. Whether it’s an interactive installation in a city square, a cultural pop-up for a major brand, or a street-level experience that draws a crowd, you’ll ensure it all runs like clockwork.
What You\’ll Do
Creative Production
- Lead the end-to-end production of experiential campaigns, pop-ups, placemaking activations, and immersive brand experiences.
- Bring creative ideas to life by working closely with in-house designers, strategists, and creative teams.
- Source and manage artists, performers, and specialist collaborators.
- Coordinate the production of both physical builds and digital assets.
Project Management
- Own project timelines, scopes, and budgets from kick-off to wrap-up.
- Balance creativity with precision—delivering work that looks amazing and lands on time and on budget.
- Juggle multiple projects while staying cool under pressure.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Build trust and clarity through great communication and expectation management.
- Coordinate with venues, contractors, and internal teams to deliver flawless execution.
Logistics & On-Site Delivery
- Handle permits, insurances, health & safety, and all other event essentials.
- Lead site planning, builds, and live activations—making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage on-the-ground delivery, troubleshoot in real-time, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in creative production and project management in the events, experiential, or placemaking space.
- Confidence managing everything from immersive installations, experiential activations to branded pop-ups.
- A hands-on attitude, solutions-first mindset, and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
- A love for storytelling through space and experience.
