Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Higher Education

Location: Remote hybrid (1 day per week in the office)

Salary & Package: £44,000 + 40 days holiday + a further strong benefits package

Sea Global is proud to partner with a prestigious Education institution investing heavily in its procurement capabilities. As the university embarks on an exciting transformation, they seek a Procurement Manager to drive value and innovation across key Estates & FM categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the university, including senior leadership and department heads.
• Manage competitive tenders and procurement specifications, including Framework Agreements.
• Create and implement category plans aligned with long-term goals.

Experience & Requirements:

• Experience managing indirect procurement categories.
• Proven ability to deliver value through compliant, strategic procurement.
• Solid understanding of public sector procurement regulations (PCR2015, OJEU, UCR, Procurement Act, etc.).
• CIPS qualification is a plus but not essential.
