Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits (matched pension up to 7%, PMI, 25 days AL)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Logistics and Fleet procurement? We’re working with a major UK business seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across Logistics, Transport and Fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape category strategy, work with senior stakeholders, and deliver real commercial value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive the Logistics & Fleet procurement strategy across the Group
  • Manage sourcing across transport services (3PL, fleet leasing, fuel, and maintenance)
  • Identify opportunities to optimise service levels, reduce costs and streamline suppliers
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing events including tendering, negotiation, and contracting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, legal, and finance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in Logistics and/or Fleet Procurement
  • Commercially astute with great negotiation skills
  • Confident managing multi-million-pound sourcing events
  • Able to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ideally CIPS-qualified or working towards
