We’re looking for a high-potential Buyer to join a forward-thinking central procurement team. You will work across a wide variety of categories including IT, electronic components, consumables, and FM, helping to modernise procurement operations in a decentralised, global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead and support sourcing initiatives across a diverse range of indirect and direct categories
- Innovation & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like AI and Copilot
- Contract Management: Manage and support key supplier contracts, ensuring delivery of value and performance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal business units to understand needs and encourage opt-in to central deals
- Market Intelligence: Track trends and bring innovative ideas into procurement processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in buying, supply chain, commercial or procurement roles
- An analytical mindset with a passion for streamlining and digitalising processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starting attitude — comfortable working in a fast-moving, decentralised environment
- Familiarity with eProcurement tools, contract management systems, or AI platforms is a plus (but not essential)
