We are partnering with a world-class innovation and research centre on an exciting growth journey.

The Associate Procurement Manager is a newly created position within a greenfield procurement team, supporting the Head of Procurement and the wider team in delivering first-class procurement activities and developing robust systems and processes across the group.

You will be responsible for the procurement process, owning the PO-Req cycle, supporting supplier onboarding, and monitoring procurement systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an ambitious mindset, who can work in an agile environment, and is excited about supporting the growth of a greenfield team and procurement function with their experience and skills.

Our client has significant growth plans over the next 3 years, including a new state-of-the-art campus under construction and increasing headcount from hundreds to thousands by 2027.

It\’s an exciting time to join this innovative research organisation.

Based in Oxford, the role requires on-site presence 3 days a week, and candidates must have the right to work permanently in the UK.
