The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 £ per year.

£25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

  • Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration
  • Confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions
  • Experience of running a probate caseload
  • Utilise and maintain case management system
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, dealing with high value and complex cases
  • Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate
  • Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making
  • Understand and adopt the Company’s values and behaviours

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts, are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of probate casework experience and must also be a qualified solicitor.
