Our client, a hugely successful online retailer has a new opportunity for an experienced PPC Manager. This is a new role that sits within the Performance Marketing team and reports directly into the Head of Performance. The PPC Manager will oversee all the PPC activity across Google & Bing including Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube identifying opportunities to optimise the current set up and grow campaigns globally.
We are looking for a passionate PPC Manager to really get into the detail of the current paid search set up and own campaign creation and budget management across campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful PPC campaigns, optimising performance, and driving results to KPIs. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of our paid search campaigns, including strategy, keyword research, campaign setup, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analysis, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms and territories to align with the business’ channel and overall business goals and strategy.
- Conduct thorough keyword research across the full product mix and future launches to ensure complete visibility and continuing to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives for specific target audiences ensuring it is in line with the brand tone of voice whilst also best in class for the marketing channel.
- Implement effective budget/bid optimisations and management strategies to achieve channel ROAS target whilst working to budgets set to ensure the most efficient spend.
- Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse and report on key performance metrics and inform optimisation strategies.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, insights and recommendations for improvement across the channel and provide actionable insights to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor and similar brands activity as well as staying on top of industry trends.
- Regularly refine and expand keyword targeting and lists to maximise campaign effectiveness whilst utilising CRM audiences.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates across for all paid search traffic implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, updates and best practices within paid search, recommending and implementing new strategies to maximise performance.
- 4+ years in a PPC role with strong knowledge across the full Google products.
- Fantastic knowledge of PPC from campaign set up to optimisation of campaigns.
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
