I’m working with a 100+ employee digital transformation consultancy to help them hire a Power Platform Consultant as they continue expanding their client base across Defence and other industries. This is a hybrid role combining remote work, collaboration at their central Bristol office, and expensed client site visits across South England. You can expect to be in the office or on-site around 1–2 days per week depending on project needs.

Role Overview:

  • Join a well-established, fast-growing consultancy delivering impactful digital and data solutions
  • Work directly with clients to understand business needs and shape innovative solutions using Power Platform tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client business needs and evaluate current digital maturity
  • Facilitate workshops to analyse existing systems, processes, and pain points
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Design, prototype, and deliver Power Platform solutions that provide tangible value
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps, flows, and data models
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with wider Microsoft services and third-party systems
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and maintain clear project documentation
  • Mentor team members to support skill development and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Confidence working across data modelling, integration, and solution architecture
  • Good coding fundamentals and familiarity with software development best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience delivering technical solutions that meet real business needs
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Hybrid working - typically 1–2 days in Bristol or on client site
  • Expensed travel for all client visits
