About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team on a self-employed basis. If you’re someone who thrives on helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training and support, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work 1:1 with clients, designing and delivering personalised training programmes that are both effective and engaging. At Body Works West, you’ll be part of a small team of no more than 10 personal trainers, working in a supportive and professional environment. We’re proud of our lovely community of long-term members, many of whom have trained with us for years. It’s a great place to work, with a positive atmosphere and genuine appreciation for expert, client-focused training.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, tailored 1:1 personal training sessions to clients of all fitness levels
- Create bespoke fitness programmes that support individual goals
- Motivate and engage clients in a positive and empowering way
- Track progress and adapt training plans based on client needs and development
