Permanent Video and Motion Art Director – Luxury Fashion Content / Social Campaigns – Hybrid East London

Salary up to £50K – £60k dep on experience

Based in East London, 4 days in office / 1 day remote.

Job Summary

– Conceptually driven Art Director (Video Focus) developing high-level video campaigns and content for high-end fashion clients.

– Keen eye for fashion aesthetics, emerging video trends, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative video concepts for seasonal campaigns, brand films, and social content.
2. Conceptualize and art direct video shoots, ensuring strong narrative, visual style, and high-fashion execution.
3. Create mood boards, scripts, and shot lists to clearly communicate ideas.
4. Collaborate with production companies, external directors, editors, and motion graphic designers.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven experience in video art direction, film production, and/or creative concept development.
2. Strong understanding of narrative structure, cinematography, lighting, and editing techniques.
3. Expertise in software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
4. Showreel / Portfolio showcasing Video and Motion for luxury fashion brands (Marketing, Advertising and Social Media).
5. Willingness to work hybrid in East London (4 days in office).
