We are currently recruiting for a dynamic UK technology provider for the role of Penetration Tester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for its cutting-edge connectivity, cloud, and communications solutions.
Role Overview
- CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN THE UK
- Location: Remote with ad hoc travel to customer sites.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct a variety of IT security engagements and ensure client deliverables meet high standards.
- Provide support to the Account Management team through pre-engagement activities, including scoping and client calls.
- Undertake quality assurance (QA) activities on other consultants' reports before client delivery.
- Produce detailed reports outlining identified vulnerabilities and provide sensible remediation recommendations.
Main Skills/Requirements
- Must be eligible for Security Clearance due to the nature of clients.
- Full UK Driving License & Access to a vehicle are essential.
- Experience working in the public sector.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Penetration Testing.
- Any of the following Penetration Testing Certifications: CompTIA, OSWE, CRTO, CPT, LPT, CEPT, CCPT, CPENT, CRPT, etc.
- Strong background and understanding of cybersecurity, with a knowledge of penetration testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present and discuss findings remotely or in person.
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is highly preferred.
