Pega Lead System Architect - Sponsorship provided

Job Description:

1. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team and lead the design and development of Pega-based enterprise applications. As an LSA, you will play a critical role in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals and best practices in Pega PRPC.
2. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reusable Pega components.
3. Define best practices and enforce coding standards and guardrails.
4. Create architecture documents, class structures, and data models.
5. Mentor and guide junior Pega developers and system architects.
6. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega design principles.
7. Integrate Pega with external systems using APIs, SOAP/REST, MQ, etc.
8. Plan and conduct performance tuning and optimization.
9. Stay updated with Pega platform features and suggest adoption strategies.

1. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.
2. 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience as a Pega LSA.
3. Strong experience with Pega BPM tools, including App Studio, Dev Studio, and Admin Studio.
4. Hands-on experience with rules engine, declarative rules, flows, agents, activities, reports, etc.
5. Solid understanding of software development methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills.
