We are seeking a detail-oriented Pay and Bill Lead to join the team of our esteemed client in the recruitment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that values precision and efficiency in financial operations. This role will be heavily focused around leading the external contractor payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process weekly and monthly payroll for contractors
  • Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Perform regular reconciliations of payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and clients as required
  • Assist with journal posting and margin analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll and billing, preferably within the recruitment sector
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
  • Experience with Intime is preferable
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Recruitment sector experience is beneficial
