Main Purpose of Job

To ensure the retention, engagement, and expansion of our partner network. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-growing business and help develop our network of delivery partners. As Partnership Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a national network of delivery partners, acting as their primary contact, supporting their needs, communicating organisational priorities, and facilitating their engagement in our programmes. You will also target and onboard multi-setting organisations to support regional promotion and delivery of our programmes.

Main Duties

  • Partnership Growth
  • Support engagement and enrolment of Catholic trust and Diocesan school partners.
  • Identify and target multi-setting organisations to expand our partner footprint.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including direct approach and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and communicate partnership offers.
  • Onboard and mobilise new partners.
  • Introduce opportunities to existing partners to grow their programmes.
  • Communicate programme offers and deadlines to partners.
  • Share clarity and priorities regarding programme engagement.
  • Partnership Management
    • Develop a deep understanding of our programmes and key personnel.
    • Facilitate regular meetings online and face-to-face.
    • Liaise with teams to relay priorities and resolve partner queries.
    • Identify and implement improvements to management and delivery processes.
    • Support promotion and communication of our programmes.
    • Meet KPIs and objectives.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Experience in customer-facing project management and relationship management.
    • Knowledge of the education sector.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
    • Open to change and process improvements.
    • Professional with proven sales experience.
    • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues.
    • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
