About the firm

We are partnering with an ambitious, full-service, UK Top 50 national law firm with growth plans for its Bristol office. They advise in property, corporate services, litigation, and private client advisory, serving clients across the UK and internationally.

About the role

As an established Corporate Tax Partner, Legal Director, or senior lawyer in Bristol, you will join the Corporate Services group, working with the Employee Incentives team, which advises clients on:

  • Design and implementation of employee incentive arrangements
  • HMRC approved share plans including EMI, CSOP, SIP, and SAYE
  • Growth share plans, nil paid plans, and LTIPs
  • Employee benefit trusts
  • Impact of arrangements on terminations and transactions

The team is known for advising on Employee Ownership Trusts. This role is based in central Bristol and focuses on expanding the firm’s regional presence.

About you

The firm seeks a driven individual with experience in Employee Incentives, capable of operating at a high technical and client service level. You may be an established partner or seeking your next career step.

This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of a successful Employee Incentives team within the Tier 1-ranked Corporate Tax practice.

You should be proactive in business development, networking, and thought leadership activities, and able to work closely with clients to provide practical legal advice. Confidence in advising on complex matters and supporting less experienced team members is essential.
