Overview

The firm is a leading global investment platform with a strong presence in Europe. The Paris-based Private Credit team is expanding and seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the execution and monitoring of direct lending and opportunistic credit investments across the European mid- and large-cap space.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of deal execution, including diligence, modelling, structuring, and negotiation
• Lead preparation of investment committee materials and present recommendations
• Monitor portfolio companies, manage performance reviews, and support value creation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, risk, operations) and external advisors
• Mentor and oversee junior team members

Candidate Requirements

• 6–9 years’ experience in private credit, direct lending, special situations, or relevant structured finance roles
• Proven track record in executing credit transactions in Europe
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills
• Experience from a top-tier credit fund, investment bank, or private equity firm
• Fluent in English; French advantageous
