ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Palm Court Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to:

1. adopt a strategic approach in achieving business results
2. lead and drive the daily operations of the restaurant
3. take ownership of the profitability of the restaurant
4. develop and deliver on-target KPI results
5. demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
6. maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment and outlet market trends, through competitor site visits, trade media/forums and appropriate press reviews
7. recruit, retain, lead, develop and inspire the restaurant team in delivering excellent service and build guest loyalty
8. work collaboratively with management colleagues to further the overall business objectives of the hotel

1. similar high-end experience in a luxury 5* environment
2. passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
3. strong financial acumen
4. motivating skills, creating a strong teamwork ethic
5. a passion in ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike
6. great charisma, personality and presence
7. confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
8. excellent communication skills and very good level of English
