We’re a small but mighty independent creative agency located in Notting Hill (remote-friendly). Our clients range from challenger brands to cult favorites, with a recent focus on Luxury Fashion. We maintain a playful, passionate, and refreshingly un-corporate culture.

We’re growing and looking for someone to help us create engaging social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

The Role

We need a Paid Social Manager who can turn scrolls into clicks and impressions into engagement. You will be responsible for strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and data analysis across client accounts.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Developing paid social strategies that drive conversions
• Setting up, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling content
• Providing clients with clear, friendly reports
• Staying updated with platform algorithms and trends

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
• You have worked with Luxury Fashion brands or clients and understand their audiences
• You are fluent in Meta Ads Manager and familiar with CPCs and ROAS metrics
• You are strategic, analytical, and creative
• You enjoy collaborating with designers and copywriters
• You are curious, proactive, and open to trying new approaches
