What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Paid Search Specialist who thrives on managing and optimising PPC campaigns. Working alongside our senior strategists and campaign management team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering highly effective and creative Paid Search campaigns. You’ll be involved in every aspect of paid search advertising, from planning and strategy to execution, analysis, and optimisation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, performance, and client success, with a strong desire to grow in a collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document impactful Paid Search campaigns
- Set up PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Bing Ads) with precision and logical structure
- Monitor campaign performance across the user funnel, identifying opportunities to optimise and improve results
- Utilise a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies and document key insights
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to client goals
Reporting & Insights
- Track, collect, and analyse data from various platforms (including GA4 and Looker Studio)
- Provide clear and actionable insights through regular performance reports
- Recognise trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform optimisation decisions
- Present campaign updates and findings to managers and clients, ensuring clarity and engagement
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service
- Prepare regular, insightful updates on campaign performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure campaign strategies align with their goals
- Present confidently in client meetings and internal discussions
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of hands-on PPC experience, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Expertise in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Experience in management of YouTube, Demand-Gen and other emerging campaign types is a plus
- A data-driven mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups and results visualisation
- Experience creating reports in Looker Studio or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
Preferred, but not essential: an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics or Applied Mathematics.
