The Role:

• Lead and develop the packaging strategy across multiple product lines
• Ensure all packaging meets relevant compliance and sustainability standards
• Manage end-to-end packaging projects, from concept through to delivery
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including NPD, marketing, and supply chain
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations

The Person:

• Experienced in packaging strategy, innovation, and compliance
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, F&B, or similar sectors
• Able to work autonomously and drive change
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable, effective packaging solutions
