Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation project. You will be responsible for delivering a fully functional UK payroll solution, working across design, build, and deployment stages for a workforce of 50,000+ employees.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Solution Design: Lead the design and build of Oracle Cloud Payroll, aligning with UK legislative and operational requirements.
- Delivery Oversight: Collaborate closely with the System Integrator (SI) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll functionality.
- Issue & Risk Management: Proactively capture, assess, and escalate risks or issues to the Programme Director.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal business partners (BPs) and senior stakeholders to support a smooth rollout.
- Change Enablement: Ensure solution readiness by managing configuration, PPR testing, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong functional expertise in payroll design, configuration, and testing.
- Hands-on experience setting up UK Payroll Orgs and statutory elements.
- Demonstrated success with large-scale rollouts (50,000+ employees).
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Parallel Runs (PPRs) and issue resolution.
