We’re now looking for our next superstar Operations & Staffing Manager to lead from the front and help us deliver excellence, every time.

About the Role: Our Operations & Staffing Managers are often found on-site with our clients, ensuring that our service delivery is top-notch.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors such as events, hotels, and corporate catering, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinating staffing logistics to place the right team members in the right roles.
  • Supporting, mentoring, and motivating hospitality staff to promote engagement, development, and retention.
  • Leading operational excellence from shift planning and service delivery to issue resolution and performance feedback.
  • Generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to grow the client base.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure service consistency, brand standards, and seamless execution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality staffing, operations, events management, or agency environments.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients, staff, and colleagues.
