We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Complex Care team. Operations Manager is a senior role where you’ll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional service to our service users, carers and commissioners. You’ll play a key part in developing our existing service as well as being responsible for our sales growth. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced office-based environment. Those with a keen eye for detail, communication and organisation will excel in this role. If you care about the work you do and have the ability to excel as part of an A-class team then you will feel at home at Ocean Healthcare.
Location - South West - Working from our offices in Newton Abbot with travel throughout the South West when required.
Reports to - Director of Operations
Salary - £50,000 pa plus bonus
Key responsibilities:- Support and manage our care co-ordinators to produce rotas in advance, promoting continuity of care
- Support and manage our recruitment team to bring in top-tier talent and maintain full compliance
- Identify and drive efficiencies throughout the business
- Drive growth of Complex Care community care packages, in line with our strategic goals
- Have extensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care market and commissioning process
- Previous experience of working in a management role within care
- A deep understanding of CQC regulations and how to apply them
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment
- A natural ability to build relationships and grow networks at every level
- Experience in delivering continuity in service users' rotas
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong people management, coaching and development skills
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Work in conjunction with Senior Management to develop new business opportunities
