We seek a dynamic Operations Manager with initiative and problem-solving skills to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in NPD, supply chain, logistics, and stock management, with systems knowledge, good analytical skills, efficiency, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management
- Create demand forecasts
- Monitor stock levels and sales trends
- Balance service levels and stock costs
- Report on KPIs
- Set reorder levels
- Place purchase orders and manage supplier relationships
- Verify inbound goods and manage receipts
- Manage kitting forecasts and production orders
- Coordinate intra-warehouse deliveries
- Sourcing and Procurement
- Source products for value
- Re-procure existing products
