Operational Resilience Lead

InterQuest is currently partnering with an established bank in London seeking urgent operational resilience support. This opportunity offers hybrid working and is expected to move quickly.

The role involves leading on framework enhancement, collaborating with the 1st line and key stakeholders to develop process maps.

Additionally, you will support the bank\’s business continuity agenda, including crisis management.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Excellent knowledge of Operational Resilience methodology frameworks
• A background in risk management
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
