Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for an Operational Readiness β OE Lead on behalf of a global CDMO organization. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for site PMO, Operational Excellence, and site services, assessing innovation and improvements linked to ADS strategy, and tracking performance alongside various KPIs.
Key accountabilities:
- Direct and oversee the PM, OE, and cross-functional site services staff
- Create a culture that fosters innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive standardization, project end-to-end planning, and efficiency measures
- Responsible for creation and improvement of all performance indicators of the site (Safety, Quality, Costs, People Development)
- Provide support and generate expertise for overall KPI reporting and analysis
- Training support and oversight of status
- Direct and motivate multidisciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable for delivering results within an agreed project governance structure to achieve project goals
- Overall responsible for the project budget and cost centers; monitor effectiveness of implementation and report back to stakeholders
