Offshore Installation Manager - Export Cable Installation

Job Description:

• Analyze, recommend, and optimize offshore installation, logistics concepts, and installation procedures prior to and during installation.

• Prepare technical invitation-to-tender documents.

• Collaborate with Package and Contract managers to tender, negotiate, and recommend installation contracts including MWS.

• Manage offshore installation contractors and MWS, ensuring cross-discipline cooperation within the project team.

• Review and ensure contractor compliance with method statements and risk assessments.

• Set up and implement HAZID/HAZOP for installation design and offshore operations.

• Provide progress reports to the Project Manager for all managed contracts, including significant technical risks, and develop contingency plans.

• Supervise trialing, tool development, loading, vessel setup, and offshore installation campaigns.

• Manage client representatives and QA Daily Progress Reports.

• Create, monitor, and control execution of design quality reports and align input from supplier quality.

• Manage product NCRs and review supplier method statements and documentation during the execution phase.

Requirements:

– Preferably, an experienced candidate with knowledge of Ørsted.
