The Company

This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you will be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept to launch. You’ll understand your customers’ needs and create concepts that meet their briefs while incorporating new trends within this fast-paced market. You will help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within budget and work with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards. Monitoring competitors’ ranges and conducting market reviews to identify areas for development that can contribute to the company’s success will also be part of your responsibilities.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, eager to develop their NPD and customer management skills within the chilled sector. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential as you will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
