Working closely with the Business Development Director, SLT, and Client Partner Leads, you will focus on driving growth by supporting outreach, content creation, and new client conversations, especially with brands targeting emerging adult audiences.

We seek someone with 3-5 years of experience in a creative, media, or advertising agency, with skills in lead generation, outbound prospecting, initial client discussions, and pitch coordination. You will play a key role in expanding their presence in the youth market by identifying opportunities, opening doors, and showcasing their insights and capabilities.

Responsibilities also include overseeing RFIs/Ps, qualifying inbound leads, and social outreach, with experience in preparing pitch materials and presentations. The role also involves marketing activities, including creating and curating content around youth marketing, planning campaigns, and attending key events to generate leads and stay updated on sector trends.
