NOC Manager

Location: London (Hybrid/On-site)

Salary: up to £90,000

A client of ours is on the lookout for a Network Operations leader ready to drive performance, inspire teams, and deliver impactful technical solutions.

We\’re partnering with a leading UK-based MSP to find a NOC Manager . This is a key leadership role where you\’ll head up a skilled team of engineers, handle complex escalations, and ensure the seamless running of enterprise-scale network operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a third-line network team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Owning escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex network incidents.
• Driving continuous improvement through innovation, training, and team development.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align network services with strategic business goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• CCNP or JNCIP-ENT level expertise in networking technologies (BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
• A confident leader with sharp decision-making and excellent communication skills.

Although this is predominantly a management position, they are on the lookout for someone who is still technically competent.
