This role emphasizes observability, high-availability, security, and infrastructure-as-code, involving collaboration with TechOps, DevOps, and InfoSec, and support of existing/acquired assets. Responsibilities Implement technical solutions. Support network infrastructure. Manage changes and ensure efficient operation. Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams. Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent. At least 2 years of network support experience. At least 2 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls. Strong commitment to uptime and reliability. Expertise in Layer 2-7 switching, routing, and application delivery. Knowledge of routing, switching, IP networking, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, QoS, VLAN, VXLAN, and BGP.
