Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network and Information Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and configuring network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and ensuring the smooth operation of our ZSTACK cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abide by local laws, regulations, and company rules for network maintenance and information security; 1-3 years of experience in these areas; hardworking and quick learner.
• Understand data protection legislation, especially GDPR.
• Follow guidance from CTG HQ security department; support network setup including VPN, DNS, AP, firewall, WAF (e.g., Akamai), SIEM (e.g., IBM QRadar), etc.
• Maintain and configure IP networks; experienced with Cisco and Juniper equipment.
• Linux system administration; experience with ZSTACK or VMware preferred.
• Provide IT support and endpoint security for office hardware and software; support ISO 27001 audits.
• Configure and maintain office VOIP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in network maintenance or security management.
• Strong knowledge of IP protocols, firewall management, data security.
• Experience with VOIP, VPN, DNS, WAF, SIEM.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, disaster recovery, endpoint protection.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience managing Information Security compliance and ISO27001.
• Hands-on with Firewall and switch configuration.
• CISSP, CCNP/HCIP or higher preferred.
• Experience with cloud environments like ZSTACK, VMware.
