Role: National Facilities Contract Manager
Our client is an exciting and unique leisure organization with 60 sites across the UK. The new Facilities Contract Manager will ensure all sites comply with Health & Safety and maintenance standards, reporting to the Group Head of Maintenance.
The role involves managing subcontractor relationships, implementing a new CAFM system, improving processes, and tendering for subcontractors. Responsibilities include quarterly reviews, compliance reporting, and managing contractor performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement a third-party maintenance strategy and tender process.
- Develop an effective contract strategy to maximize uptime of hotel building services.
- Produce an annual PPM schedule for all hotels, detailing activities for maintenance managers\’ visibility.
- Manage and administer third-party contracts, monitor expiry dates, and oversee renewals.
- Assess and track statutory compliance through inspections and reports.
- Manage remedial work from statutory inspections, track progress, and produce reports.
- Coordinate contractor performance reviews and maintain good contractor engagement practices.
Skills and Experience Required
