MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant
The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultants with experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise projects. Candidates should have a hands-on approach, a solid understanding of finance processes, and knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products.
The role requires consultancy experience, as it involves continuous interaction with clients and project teams, including onshore and offshore development teams. Responsibilities
- Participate in full end-to-end implementations and all project phases
- Engage with D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Gather and document functional requirements; conduct gap/fit analysis
- Create solution and integration design documents with development teams
- Manage scope and change control processes
- Deliver end-user training
- Provide on-site support during delivery and go-live
- Stay informed about product roadmap and future releases of D365FO
- Assist in responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Solve complex problems creatively and advise clients accordingly
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote company capabilities
- Represent KPMG MBS professionally
- Complete internal processes and mandatory training timely

Requirements
- Experience in consulting with strong presentation skills
- Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and present confidently to C-Suite executives
- Minimum 4 years of implementation experience with D365FO or AX2012, including modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, Project Management, Fixed Assets
- Experience with financial consolidation, electronic banking, tax reporting, workflow, multi-legal entries, multi-currency
- Familiarity with D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Good understanding of accounting principles and systems
- Microsoft Dynamics certification in Finance (preferably current version)
- Solid finance background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified)
- Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
- Understanding of Power Platform and Business Intelligence is preferred
