Based in our fabulous offices in central London, with a fantastic team, FGS Global is one of the world's leading strategic communication consultancies, with over 1,400 team members globally in 31 offices across three continents. The Design team is expanding in London, and we are recruiting a permanent role for a Middleweight Presentation Designer to join our creative UK Design team.
The ideal candidate will share our passion for top-notch design and visual communication, bring along experience and enjoy translating complex content into clear, engaging designs. Having a good sense of brand aesthetics and presentation design, and enjoying working in a multidisciplinary team will also be critical for success. Pitches and presentations represent one of the firm's key communication methods and are considered extremely important. This position is ideal for a Graphic Designer who is confident and willing to engage with a range of digital, print, branding, and importantly, presentation deliverables.
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with various business support and sector teams in-house to ensure all branded presentations are created to a high standard.
- Building creative and engaging credential decks, case studies, and graphical slides within the company's branding.
- Create custom graphics, diagrams, charts, timelines, concept mock-ups, coverage mock-ups, and infographics for use in PPT slides.
- Supporting the in-house design team with new business presentations and client materials.
- Liaising with colleagues to create a range of business and marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, handouts, social media graphics, newsletters, advertisements, and event materials.
About You:
- At least 3-4 years of professional design experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to develop innovative templates, infographics, and conceptual mock-ups (including image research, photo editing, and artwork creation).
- Proficient in organisation and time management skills to successfully meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work alongside others to understand the creative needs of a project.
- Experience in upholding brand guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the capability to carefully review work and uphold a high standard.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver great work.
- Professional and polished demeanour appropriate for a corporate environment.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and as part of a team.
