We\’re Hiring: Business Central Consultant

UK-based | Hybrid/Remote

Full-Time | Permanent

A leading software provider in the construction ERP space is looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant to join their growing consultancy team. With a strong reputation, award-winning growth, and over 3,000 customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to major D365 Business Central/NAV implementations across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running workshops and producing clear documentation using SureStep methodology
• Supporting data migration, UAT, and system customisations
• Advising clients on best practices and ensuring successful delivery
• Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to drive adoption and transformation

What we’re looking for:

• ERP implementation experience (preferably D365 Business Central / NAV)
• Solid understanding of finance/accounting – ideally within construction or project-based industries
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence at Director level
• Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle
• Full UK driving licence – happy to travel to client sites when needed
• Knowledge of housebuilding, construction, or project finance
• Experience with RapidStart & data migration
• Familiarity with software development life cycles & business change
