We’re building a brand-new Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O practice within our broader digital transformation offering – and we’re looking for an experienced F&O Lead Consultant to help shape the future of this practice from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance or SCM focus)
- Act as the primary client contact, driving solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management
- Contribute to building the new F&O practice – including methodology, best practices, and team development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital transformation projects
- Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities when needed
- Travel across Europe as part of project delivery (client-facing role)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience as an F&O Consultant (Lead or Senior level)
- Deep expertise in either Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Dynamics 365
- Prior experience working for IT Consultancies – ideally with client-facing delivery and transformation work
- Confident in running workshops, engaging stakeholders, and driving enterprise-level solutions
- UK resident with full right to work – no sponsorship provided
- Willingness to travel across Europe for client engagements
