Up to £60,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search of a Collection Merchandiser/ Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Planning and implementation of a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to influence key decisions while maximizing margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across all sales channels to ensure corrective actions are taken based on past season’s performance to drive the category.
