Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that meets sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, considering pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to influence decisions while maximizing margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across all channels to address issues from past seasons and drive category growth.
