Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand to find a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser for their expanding Shoes division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Planning and implementing a successful product assortment to meet sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across accessories and leather goods, considering pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to maximize margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across all channels and taking corrective actions based on past season’s performance.
