Up to £60,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones are partnered with a global luxury fashion brand to find a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser for their growing Shoes division.

The role involves:

1. Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that meets sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across accessories and leather goods, considering pricing, trends, and market analysis to maximize margins.
3. Preparing design briefs outlining seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs and growth opportunities.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across channels to improve future collections.
