We’re seeking a Medical Affairs Lead to take ownership of both traditional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) duties and broader medical affairs responsibilities. This is a unique, field-based role offering the opportunity to work across scientific engagement, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the scientific bridge between the business and HCPs—including Urologists, Sexual Health Specialists, GPs, and Pharmacists.
- Delivering impactful scientific education and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Building meaningful, long-term relationships with KOLs and supporting advisory boards.
- Ensuring compliance with ABPI and MHRA regulations while championing ethical medical practices.
- Collaborating with Commercial, Sales, and Market Access teams to inform strategy with clinical insight.
What We’re Looking For:
- A healthcare or life sciences background (Pharmacist, Nurse, Biomedical Science, or related).
- Experience as an MSL or in a Medical Affairs function, ideally within pharma or medtech.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical data for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Erectile Dysfunction, Urology, or Men’s Health is a strong plus.
- ABPI qualified, with a deep understanding of the UK Code of Practice.
